I Am Sent Forth

In this fourth step of “Walk With One” we are asked to ‘Invite Your Person On A Path Most Suitable For Him Or Her’. Follow the promptings of the Holy Spirit. When the time is right, invite your friend to take a concrete next step in fostering a personal relationship with Jesus and the Church. You could invite the person to a Bible study or a book club group, join you for Mass and coffee afterward, or have them over for dinner, where you could have a personal conversation and share your faith. If the person indicates that they are not yet ready to engage, assure them that the door remains open. No matter what the outcome, keep persevering in your friendship and ask the Lord to continue to guide you. After every encounter, thank God for the conversations that you have been having and remember to keep this person in your prayers. Continue to join us on this journey.
