Angel Mary Project Update

As you can see from the picture, our

Angel Mary Monument construction is now well underway, with the foundation laid, lannon stone side walls and statue base built, and statue shelter steel framework in place along with the St. John XXIII LED sign. Yet to come are statue shelter roof and ceiling/lighting installation, statue restoration and installation, and landscaping. In addition, we’d like to post a commemorative plaque explaining how the monument was built to honor Port Washington and Saukville’s longstanding commitment to Catholic schooling, and express gratitude for the religious sisters who served as instructional staff of our Catholic schools from their inception in the mid-1800’s.

With heartfelt gratitude, we are pleased to report that we have eclipsed $50,000 in our Angel Mary Monument fundraising efforts, leaving us less than $10,000 short of our $60,000 goal. Should you care to help ensure coverage of our remaining expenses, please respond with a check made out to
